POSITION SUMMARY | The UCLA Career Center is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Director for Industry Relations & Experiential Learning. Under the general direction of the Associate Director, the Assistant Director will play a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining relationships with employers, developing strategic partnerships, and facilitating opportunities for UCLA students to connect with employers for internships, full-time employment, and career development initiatives. The position leads the strategic development and execution of high-impact recruitment programs, including career fairs, on-campus recruiting, and employer engagement events, to align with UCLA's organizational goals. It oversees and mentors the Industry Relations Team, ensuring daily operations are effective and collaborative. The role builds and maintains partnerships with academic departments, student organizations, and employers across various industries, fostering opportunities tailored to student needs. It leverages data, industry trends, and labor market insights to guide recruitment strategies and inform stakeholders. | | | |
