POSITION SUMMARY | The Program Advisor, Transfer Student Center serves as Program Advisor for the UCLA Yardi Scholars, a unit within First To Go Program, working under the guidance of the Executive Director for Career and Immersive Experiences. The Program Advisor manages the development and execution of the Yardi Scholars program by coordinating academic and enrichment initiatives, providing individualized support, and fostering campus partnerships to promote scholars' academic, personal, and professional growth. Collaborate with campus stakeholders and the Yardi Foundation to assess program outcomes, address student challenges, and expand effective strategies to benefit first-generation students across UCLA. This role oversees the experience and development of all UCLA Yardi Scholars, which includes 25 students every year, providing personalized support to help them access resources, overcome challenges, and excel in their academic and professional journeys. | | | |
