POSITION SUMMARY | The Vending, Refreshment & Food Delivery Solutions Manager plays a vital role in supporting the General Manager in executing the strategic vision for UCLA's vending, refreshment, and food delivery services. This position is essential in driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and modernizing service delivery to position UCLA as a leader in the food delivery market. By working closely with the General Manager, the Manager ensures that service quality, product offerings, and sustainability initiatives align with evolving consumer preferences. This role is responsible for overseeing key daily operational functions and optimizing team performance across multiple service lines—including vending, office services, and food delivery solutions—to ensure outstanding service, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability. | | | |

Monitor vending machine functionality and work with technicians to address service issues. Ensure efficient route planning and timely replenishment of vending machines. Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
