POSITION SUMMARY | The UCLA Administration Marketing & Communications (AMC) team creates integrated and innovative assets and campaigns to effectively promote UCLA Administration's services to the university community - from transportation to housing and hospitality, the police department to campus maintenance, among many other business services. Reporting to the AMC senior communications manager, the social media manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and communication efforts. This role will oversee content creation and scheduling, community management, and analytics reporting for all university hospitality properties. | | | |

Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. 2. Maintain cohesive and comprehensive content calendar in collaboration with the marketing and communication teams. 3. Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly. 4. Collaborate with internal departments and the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. 5. Coordinate social media efforts for the university's properties, ensuring their online presence aligns with the overall brand strategy. 6. Other duties as assigned. | 65% | Research & Data Analysis | 1. Research and provide recommendations for relevant influencers to expand channel reach and audience. 2. Foster relationships with campus partners and industry leaders to collaborate and cross-promote continuously. 3.
