POSITION SUMMARY | Under general supervision of the General Manager position will coordinate and implement the day-to-day activities associated with the University's on campus official and unofficial recruiting visits for football. This includes advising the Director of Recruiting Operations and Assistant General Manager on all administrative areas involving bringing recruits to campus. The Senior Director provides leadership on all recruiting operations and on campus recruiting activities. This includes strategic planning, prospect evaluation, compliance coordination, campus visits, and relationship management with high school coaches, recruits, and families. The role requires a deep understanding of NCAA recruiting regulations, innovative recruiting strategies, and operational efficiency to support the coaching staff in securing top-tier talent. Will additionally maintain documentation related to recruitment activities, and coordinates with compliance staff to ensure activities associated with on-campus recruiting and unofficial on-campus visits are in compliance with University, NCAA, and Big Ten recruitment regulation. | | | |
