1. Assist in the preparation and organization of departmental events, seminars, and meetings. 2. Provide support for faculty and student travel arrangements as needed. 3. Answer department phones, provide information, and direct callers to appropriate staff/faculty. 4. Greet and direct guests and visitors to the appropriate individual or office. 5. Maintain copy/fax machine, service calls, and supplies. 6. Assist in scheduling and maintaining department conference rooms, ensuring that rooms are clean and equipment is functional. 7. Distribute mail and packages to faculty, staff, and students. |
