POSITION SUMMARY | As the Assistant Director for Residential Education, the position will supervise of 3-6 full-time contract Resident Directors, oversee a residential area of 3,000-6,000 residents, manage residents' cases and conduct, serve on the active duty coverage for crises and emergencies, lead departmental committees, train and supervise peers, students, and staff, attend a variety of programs and events, including nights and weekends, and cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues and students across campus and in the surrounding community. This position is an initial 12-month contract that may be renewed up to three times. | | | |
