POSITION SUMMARY | The Graduate Studies Assistant Director (AD) conducts direct outreach to qualified applicants and supports incoming and current students for the UCLA School of Law master's degree programs. The AD will be assigned to work for the Master of Legal Studies program (MLS), the Executive Education program, or for both programs. Responsibilities include conducting and coordinating recruiting and providing support to current, former, incoming, and prospective students on a wide variety of academic, professional, and non-academic matters. The AD will lead the social media presence of both programs and create digital assets used in marketing. The AD will represent the program(s) at receptions and recruiting events nationally and internationally; give presentations about the programs, the Law School, and the application process; lead information sessions for admitted and prospective students; and complete other tasks necessary to support the programs as directed by the directors of the two programs. | | | |

Answer all questions and facilitate the application process for qualified leads. (E) 3) Facilitate and lead information sessions. (E) 4) Effectively deploy our CRM for recruiting of students. (E) 5) Create data reports on prospective students and applications. (E) 6) Conduct applicant interviews. (E) 7) Travel and represent the school at events nationally and/or internationally. (E) 8) Facilitate the use of current and former students in recruitment. (E) 9) Conduct research on peer school programs. (E) 10) Work in coordination with Law School, UCLA Graduate Division, and university administrative departments to help ease the transition for admitted students.
