Representing Payroll Partner for projects within UCLA, UC PATH, and other UC locations.Over the course of a project, the PM will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important responsibilities for the PM include managing projects having a defined beginning and end. Manages the project's framework processes and methodologies involving departmental or cross-functional teams. Plans, coordinates, and monitors scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, tasks, risks, staff and deliverables. Monitors the project from initiation through completion. Organizes and leads activities relating to the management and completion of projects.The PM is a Professional who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments / projects / tasks of moderate scope and complexity; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. | | | |
