POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Solutions Sales Manager, the Senior Sales Specialist, Family Law Solutions, is responsible for driving strategic sales and supporting operational initiatives for CEB's family law product line, including Attorneys' Briefcase and CLE Passport. This role combines consultative outbound selling with subject-matter expertise and internal sales operations support. The specialist plays a key role in scaling CEB's presence in the family law market while ensuring an excellent customer experience through technical support and subscription management.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Sales & Product Strategy

• Drive revenue through outbound sales campaigns focused on family law firms.

• Meet or exceed monthly personal sales quotas, ramping from $10,000 to $20,000, with a future goal of owning the Family Law Pod quota of $30,000–$40,000.

• Develop and lead a specialized Family Law Sales Pod; mentor junior sales staff.

• Conduct client-facing demos and product presentations alongside sales and marketing teams.

• Create and execute a territory and outreach plan aligned with product strategy.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop an integrated family law workflow solution across CEB offerings.

• Promote cross-selling across CEB’s product lines, including CLE, research platforms, and practice guides.

Sales Operations & Customer Support

• Manage and resolve customer issues related to Attorneys’ Briefcase (ABC) billing, invoicing, and subscriptions.

• Provide Tier 2 technical support and subscription troubleshooting.

• Assist and lead the transfer and migration of the ABC customer database and domain.

• Ensure smooth operational support of ABC users through proactive issue resolution.

Product & Market Expertise

• Act as a subject matter expert on CEB’s family law content, including Attorneys’ Briefcase, CLE Passport, and practitioner titles.

• Stay current with legal trends, client needs, and competitor offerings in the family law space.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging and refine solutions.

• Accurately maintain data and pipeline tracking in Salesforce.

Events & Industry Engagement

• Represent CEB at family law conferences and industry events.

• Set up and staff booths, promote offerings, and engage with prospective and current clients.

• Gather customer insights and feedback to inform future product development.
