POSITION SUMMARY

This position will provide support to the AISC Librarian in a variety of capacities consistent with support for a special library and academic functions. The Library Assistant will provide reference desk and circulation desk proctoring and will provide patron assistance. Will provide stacks maintenance, collection maintenance, and collection development support to the librarian, as well as perform some archival collection processing and maintenance. Incumbent may also do basic database work in AISC related grant projects especially those with CMS or other forms of digital collections work.
