POSITION SUMMARY | As the Director of Development for the UCLA Anderson School of Management, your major gift fundraising expertise, strategic abilities and high ambitions will contribute to our renowned reputation at the forefront of research, teaching, and service and as a leader among leaders. Serving as the Director of Development, UCLA Anderson School of Management, you will work with the Senior Director of Development, to plan and implement a strong, proactive major gift program that reflects the priorities of UCLA Anderson School of Management. You will develop and manage a portfolio of individual major gift prospects, primarily located in Los Angeles County, with the opportunity to manage additional regions both in and out of the state. In this role, you will also work closely with UCLA Anderson School of Management leadership, staff, and your colleagues on Anderson's development & alumni relations teams to gain knowledge of programs, areas of expertise and space needs, determine market feasibility for priorities and provide leadership, assistance, advice and counsel on fundraising strategies and initiatives. | | | |

Implement a plan to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major gift prospects/donors. 2. Identify new donors for support through volunteer/donor meetings; establish/maintain high-level volunteer structure for linkage to programs, solicitation assistance and other program needs. 3. Develop/implement collaborative strategies/timetables for successful fundraising/stewardship for major gift prospects/donors at $250K+. 4. Develop/manage portfolio of high-level prospects; maintain active awareness of all prospects at all stages of donor cycle. 5. Devise/execute long/short-term strategies/timetables for successful major gift solicitations. 6. Organize volunteers to sponsor/assist with cultivation activities; directly support prospect solicitations of volunteers/academic leaders. | 60% | | 7. Coordinate strategies for continuous stewardship to ensure regular contact with donors. 10. Maintain appropriate donor/prospect records; manage follow up reports and contact with donors on gift usage. 12.
