• Check guest occupancy and verify that rooms have been vacated per the LAL check-out policy • Perform a visual inspection of each room before cleaning or organizing and report inconsistencies, such as evidence of smoking, to the management team • Make beds according to established procedures • Dust, clean, wax, or polish mirrors, glass panels, furniture, and fixtures in guest rooms • Clean and deodorize guest room restrooms, including all fixtures, urinals, toilets, sinks, floors and tile • Collect, remove, and dispose of trash and recycling from guest rooms to designated trash disposal/recyclable areas • Vacuum and shampoo carpeting in guest rooms • Clean hallways, corridors, terraces, patios, and windowsills • Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, stationery, and pens • Maintain parstock levels of bathroom supplies in guest room restrooms • Carefully control the usage of custodial cleaning and paper supplies • Replace light bulbs and perform basic maintenance |
