POSITION SUMMARY | Under the general supervision of the Director of the Infant Development Program (IDP) within the Department of Psychology, and alternating between the Blue and Gold classrooms, this multi-classroom child development teacher participates in the planning and implementation of curriculum, developmental activities and on site care of individual infants and toddlers. Write and implement lesson and activity plans. Participate in the overall evaluation of the program. Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures relating to the high-quality care of infants and toddlers. Ensure compliance with state licensing and national accreditation standards. Participate in support of the overall mission and goals of the IDP unit. | | | |
