POSITION SUMMARY | The Director of Business Development at UCLA Extension (UNEX) is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding corporate education partnerships, and enhancing institutional engagement in alignment with UCLA Extension's mission as a premier provider of continuing and professional education. Reporting directly to the Dean, the Director will lead the development and execution of business strategies, advise senior leadership on market trends, and cultivate high-impact partnerships across industries and sectors. This role collaborates extensively with academic and administrative units to deliver innovative, customized education solutions that meet evolving market needs. Success in this position is measured by revenue generation, strategic partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and measurable growth in enrollment and client satisfaction, supported by data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. | | | |
