POSITION SUMMARY | CAE's mandate is to provide services for disabled students who require accommodations. This position is to provide students with disabilities a "level playing field" throughout the campus community. This includes CAE testing locations, classrooms, laboratories, and in some cases in a remote environment. Proctors are responsible for a variety of duties within the Testing Center and all testing locations, including but not limited to providing accommodations, overseeing exams, maintaining academic integrity, providing a supportive and distraction reduced environment for our students and working with campus partners (professors, TA's & academic departments). CAE Proctors assist with clerical duties in the processing of testing related forms and correspondence including Proctor Sheets or Remote Exam Forms, email to faculty, data entry and overall clerical functions of the department. Proctor will also assist with data collection, scanning, answering phones and answering general questions from students and professors. The incumbent should present a professional and supportive demeanor. | | | |

Monitor students & document all testing activity on a regular basis, as defined by the policies and procedures of the Testing Center. Provide accommodations across various campus locations or remotely. Assist in maintaining academic integrity of rooms and testing areas. | 75% | Administrative/Operational& Clerical | Assist with preparing exams, proctor sheets and envelopes. Email professors using Outlook/Clockwork. Assist with data collection, scanning, answering phones and answering general questions from students and professors.
