POSITION SUMMARY | SaaS application Developer (AI Focus) will have expertise in CRM platforms and enterprise applications to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on leveraging AI technologies—such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI—while integrating them seamlessly into CRM systems (Salesforce) and other low-code/no-code enterprise platforms (OutSystems, StackAI). This role will bridge technical capabilities and business needs, enabling rapid development of intelligent solutions without extensive coding. SaaS application Developer (AI Focus) will be responsible for supporting the administration and technical support for the organization's Salesforce environment, with primary focus on Enterprise Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud supporting the alumni community. Maintain user provisioning, security and permissions management, workflow automation, and system configuration changes. Ensure system stability and optimal performance across all Salesforce products in use. This candidate will have expertise in building and deploying AI solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, StackAI) to accelerate delivery and reduce complexity. He or she will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional AI solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Flex work arrangements are possible for this role but it is not 100% remote and some in office time will be required. This position reports to the Deputy CIO (ACIS).
